The fine print, plainly
- Downgrading never deletes. If you have more homes than the new plan allows, the extras lock: their journals stay readable, new pages pause, and you choose which home stays active.
- Lapsed payment never deletes. Journals go read-only and wait. Pay again and everything wakes up.
- Starter is free and public. Guests write entries and leave recommendations in the standard StayPage journal. Branding, moderation, homeowner-only pages, photos, stickers, styling, and templates are paid features.
- Enterprise bills by active home. $6.50 per home per month, charged at a $13 per month minimum (2 homes), up to 500 homes. Add a home and the next invoice adjusts with prorations.
