Terms of service
The service
StayPage provides digital guest journals for vacation rentals: QR codes, a guest page editor, and public journal pages. Plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout and can be canceled any time from the billing portal.
Content
Guests own what they create; by publishing a page they grant the host and StayPage the right to display it in the journal. Hosts are responsible for moderating their journals. Content that is illegal, hateful, or invades privacy is not allowed and can be removed by hosts or by us.
Your data on lapse
If a subscription ends, journals become read-only but remain online and are retained for at least twelve months. We warn by email before any scheduled deletion.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep journals safe and available, but we are not liable for guest-created content or for losses beyond the fees paid in the previous twelve months.
