Host referral program rules
Workbird LLC operates StayPage and sponsors this program. These rules explain the fixed referrer credit and the separate free prize drawings for both participating hosts.
1. Who may participate
Participants must be legal residents of the United States, at least 18 years old, and able to enter a contract. Employees, contractors administering the drawing, and their immediate households are not eligible. The program is void where prohibited.
2. Referring host reward
An owner on an active Free Starter, Host, or Enterprise plan receives a unique link. A referred host must create a new organization through that link and later pay a first nonzero StayPage subscription invoice. After that payment, the referring organization earns a guaranteed $30 Stripe customer-balance credit, described as six months at the standard $5 monthly Host price. It is a fixed $30 credit, not six calendar months on every plan.
3. Free prize entries for both hosts
A referred host receives one spin after creating the new free organization. The host who shared the attributed invitation link receives a separate spin at the same time. Each successful referred signup creates one referrer spin, so genuine additional referrals can earn additional spins. No purchase is necessary. Making a purchase does not improve the odds. A spin cannot be transferred, repeated, sold, or exchanged for cash.
4. Exact odds and values
For each spin, the server selects one cryptographically random integer from 1 through 5,000. Two hundred fifty integers award Lifetime Host, 1,000 award six months, 2,750 award three months, and 1,000 award one month. Monthly prizes are fixed credits of $5, $15, or $30.
5. Lifetime Host
Lifetime Host means access to the standard Host entitlement for one home while StayPage continues operating and offering that plan. It does not include Enterprise homes, physical products, taxes, future separately priced services, cash value, or a transferable ownership interest. A paid Enterprise subscription may add features without removing the Lifetime Host entitlement floor.
6. Integrity and changes
Duplicate, automated, self-referred, deceptive, or fraudulent accounts are ineligible. Workbird may investigate abuse, correct a technical error, or suspend the program when necessary to protect participants and the drawing. Earned credits already applied remain subject to the StayPage terms, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable law.
